Menu and navigation

Stockly has one entry in the Shopware menu — Catalogues → Stockly — and everything else takes place inside the module. This page is a map of that structure.

The documentation follows the same layout as the menu, so a screen in the admin corresponds to a page in the documentation.

The main menu

The horizontal bar at the top of the module has seven entries. Hovering over an entry opens its list of pages.

Dashboard

Overview plus the Reports group: Stock Overview, Low Stock, Depletion Risk, Overstock, Dead Stock, Drill Down. → Dashboard & Reports

Warehouses

The main section of the module: Warehouses, Stock, Transfers, Workstation, Movement History, Batch Inventory, Handling Units, Reported shortages, Rules, Stock integrity, External writes, Terminals.

Two of these entries have a flyout of their own. Transfers carries All transfers, Replenishment suggestions, Replenishment schedules, Transfer obligations and Supply exceptions. Rules carries Sourcing, Handling, Priority, Wave composition and Lot removal rules, and the three rule kinds that can be tried out before they are saved add a List and a Preview below themselves. → Warehouses

Back in Stock

Notifications for goods returning to sale: Overview, followed by the Management group with Subscribers, Subscriptions, Most subscribed and Activity log. → Back in Stock

Purchasing

Purchase Orders, Reorder Suggestions, Stock Thresholds, Suppliers, Owners.

Stock Thresholds has its own flyout: Threshold plans, Threshold runs and Thresholds to decide — the recalculation plans, every pass they made, and the decisions they hold back. → Purchasing

Operations

Daily work that does not concern a single warehouse. Six entries, each with a list of its own:

• Shipping — Overview, Parcels, Hand-over (with Waiting to be handed over and Closed hand-overs), Packing performance, Packaging rules, Collection times, Packaging materials (with Packing profiles), Packing data coverage (with Rule collisions, Estimate vs. scale and Box capacities), Carriers, Settings. → Shipping
• Printing — Overview, Printers, Print queue, Document rules, Automatic printing, Default printers, Stock types, Settings. → Printing
• POS — Till profiles and Shifts: what a cashier may do at a counter, and the record of what the counters did. → Till profiles
• Quality Control — Overview, Suppliers, Categories, Manufacturers, Products, Simulator. → Quality control rules
• My work — Yours to finish, Waiting to be taken, Automation, Wave rules. → Work queue
• Import PDF — reading data out of documents, such as supplier invoices and price lists. → Import PDF

Returns

Returns are a section of their own rather than an entry inside Operations, because goods coming back constitute a separate work process: Overview, Returns, Disposition queue, Waiting for a shelf, Reasons, Return windows, Exclusions, Settings. In the section rail the last three are grouped together under Registers. → Returns

Settings

The entry on the right-hand side of the bar: General, Import, Back In Stock, Stock, Order Packing, Options, Till settings, Templates, Location profiles, Diagnostics.

Note

Printing, Shipping and Returns have settings pages as well, but they are not in this list. Each of them is opened from its own section, at the foot of that section’s rail and of its flyout, because listing them here as well would highlight two entries in the bar at the same time.

Two of them have sub-lists: Templates (Documents) and Diagnostics (API logs, Sourcing decisions, Background jobs). → Settings · Back in stock

The AI Assistant entry, AI templates under Templates, and Voice clips and AI API logs under Diagnostics appear only with the AI plugin installed. → AI assistant

Note

API logs appears only for a role holding the View and clear the API call log privilege. The menu hides entries the role is not allowed to open. → Privileges

The section rail

Inside a section — the warehouse list, the purchase order list — a narrow icon rail is displayed on the left. It contains the same entries as that section’s menu dropdown. The arrow expands it to show the labels.

Note

The Dashboard rail carries one entry the menu dropdown does not have: Network shortage, the report of what is missing across the whole warehouse network. → Network shortage

The rail stores its state for the browser session, so once expanded it remains expanded across the pages of the section.

The warehouse card

A single warehouse has tabs of its own, which are not part of the main menu. They are reached by opening a warehouse from the Warehouses list:

• Overview — a short status, warehouse actions, entry tiles,
• Operations — picks, put-aways, stocktakes and opening counts for this warehouse,
• General — name, address, settings and assigned sales channels,
• Bin Locations — the list of bin locations,
• Floor Plan — the floor plan in 2D and 3D,
• Stock — what is stored where in this warehouse,
• Backorders — work held for lack of goods, presented as Orders and as Products,
• Storage Rules — put-away rules at three scopes: Warehouse rules, Element rules, Bin rules,
• Transport lanes and Elements — the parts of the floor drawing.

Getting back to the start

The module logo in the top left always leads to the Dashboard. The Quick Start tiles shorten the way to the most common tasks: the setup wizard, warehouses, picking and put-away, imports, purchase orders, stock, back-in-stock notifications, the AI assistant and settings.
