Bin labels
A label on the shelf makes a bin location scannable. Without a label, every operation requires the code to be entered manually.
Printing
Section titled “Printing”Stockly → Warehouses → warehouse → Bin Locations:
- select rows and print for the selection,
- or choose Print labels for all bins… from the list menu.
Print settings
Section titled “Print settings”Labels to print sets the scope, either This warehouse or All warehouses.
Page orientation — Landscape or Portrait.
Labels per page sets the sheet density. Labels are sized to fill the whole sheet; each option shows the count, the grid and the size of a single slot.
Text size decides how the space is divided between the code and the barcode, from Much smaller through Fit to slot to Much larger. Larger text reduces the space available for the barcode, and smaller text increases it.
Print barcodes can be switched off for signage that is read by eye only; the code then occupies the whole label.
Dashed cutting guides are printed along the grid lines.
Printing in the background
Section titled “Printing in the background”The job runs in the background. The dialogue may be closed and the file collected later from the job list (Settings → Diagnostics → Background jobs), or taken with Download PDF if the job finishes while the dialogue is still open.
