Replenishment suggestions
A replenishment suggestion states what is missing where it sells while sitting where it does not. The module works it out daily by comparing each building’s stock against its thresholds.

A plan, not a query
Section titled “A plan, not a query”Above the list stands the plan’s date, and Recompute now rebuilds it. The plan is computed once a day and stored, which is why a large list opens instantly and can be filtered and paged without being recomputed.
Columns
Section titled “Columns”Product, Product number, From, To, Stock, Min, Target, Quantity.
Each row states the following: building To holds Stock units against a Min threshold, should hold Target, so Quantity units are to be moved from building From.
Filters: Needed in, From warehouse, Product name, Product number.
Deferred suggestions
Section titled “Deferred suggestions”A row marked Deferred is waiting because the shipment has not reached the lane minimum: a shipment of that size on that route is below the configured minimum. The suggestion stays in the plan and is released once enough demand has accumulated.

Creating transfers
Section titled “Creating transfers”Two routes, deliberately different:
- Create transfers (6) on selected rows — creates transfers that are confirmed immediately.
- Create transfers… (by route) — collects every suggestion in the plan running from the chosen source to the chosen destination, including from further pages, and creates drafts. The lines are reviewed and confirmed on the transfer itself.
The difference is intentional: a selection creates confirmed transfers from the chosen rows, while a route collects everything going to that destination as drafts for review.
Deferred suggestions are taken in neither mode, and the module states how many it skipped.
After the transfers are created the module offers to open them or stay on the list.
An empty list
Section titled “An empty list”An empty plan means one of two things: no warehouse is below its minimum, or no planning rules are set. The second case is common, because thresholds are the input for this mechanism. → Min/max thresholds
Recurring replenishment
Section titled “Recurring replenishment”If the same route runs regularly, set up a schedule instead of reviewing suggestions daily. → Replenishment schedules
