You know where the goods are
Warehouses, floors, racks and bin locations on a floor plan. Search displays the location on the map.
Shopware knows one number per product: stock. Stockly adds the warehouse behind it: several buildings, bin locations drawn on a floor plan, the history of every movement, supplier receipts, transfers between buildings, picking and stocktakes. Product stock stops being a number somebody types in and becomes the sum of what is actually on the shelves.

You pick and pack
Orders go into picking waves, the operator receives a route through the bins, and the packing assistant verifies that the parcel contains exactly what was ordered.
You get the goods out of the door
Orders are split into parcels according to your carrier’s limits, labels are printed at the bench that packed them, and a driver leaves with a signed hand-over list.
You receive and replenish
Purchase orders, receipts with quality control, put-away onto the shelves and replenishment transfers between buildings, proposed from real demand.
You can explain every figure
Every movement is recorded with its reason and the person behind it, alongside reports for low stock, dead stock, overstock and depletion risk, plus integrity checks.
A new shop — go through Getting Started: installation, the setup wizard, your first warehouse.
A shop that already sells — start with the Rollout section. It covers what a fresh install never needs: adopting orders that were open before tracking started, mapping locations from a product field, and an opening count that splits stock between two buildings.
This documentation is laid out like the plugin’s own menu, so a screen in the admin corresponds to a page in the documentation: Dashboard & Reports, Warehouses, Terminal app, Back in Stock, Purchasing, Shipping, Printing, Quality Control, Returns, Import PDF, Settings.
