Low Stock

The low stock report answers “what is running out” and orders the answer by urgency rather than alphabetically.

Stockly → Dashboard → Low Stock.

  • Low Stock Products — how many products are below their threshold.
  • Out of Stock — how many are already at zero.
  • Units at Risk — how many units are missing against the thresholds.
  • Value at Risk — what that means in money.

Urgency Distribution splits products into Critical, Warning and Approaching. The Most Critical Products section brings forward the ones to deal with today.

The Products, Manufacturers and Categories tabs show the same risk from three sides. The manufacturer view is often the most practical: one order with one supplier closes a dozen lines at once.

Columns: Product, Product number, Stock, Available, Purchase Price, Stock Value, Manufacturer, Category, Change.

Low Stock Trend shows whether the number of products below threshold is rising or falling, together with a comparison against the previous period. It needs collected snapshots.

The chart ends at today. Periods that have not happened yet are not drawn, so a short line means that little history has accumulated, not that data is missing.

The report says what is running out; how much to order is worked out by the purchase and transfer suggestions.
