Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen after entering Catalogues → Stockly. It does not replace the reports; it shortens the way to work and shows what needs attention today.

Tiles leading to the most common tasks: the setup wizard, warehouses, picking and put-away, imports, purchase orders, stock, back-in-stock notifications, the AI assistant and settings.

The setup wizard is always here, also after the rollout, because it runs location mapping after changes.

  • Best Sellers — what sells best.
  • Closest Exhaustion — what runs out soonest.
  • Slow Movers — what has been sitting longest.

Three questions usually asked in the morning, before anybody opens a report.

The Dashboard dropdown in the menu leads to the full reports:

ReportThe question it answers
Stock Overviewhow much stock I have and what it is worth
Low Stockwhat is running out
Depletion Riskwhat runs out soonest and what it costs
Overstockwhat I have too much of
Dead Stockwhat does not sell at all
Drill Downwhat exactly is happening to one product
Network shortagewhat is missing across the network

Every report reads the same stock the warehouse does, so the figures agree with the stock list, with no separate recalculation.
