Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen after entering Catalogues → Stockly. It does not replace the reports; it shortens the way to work and shows what needs attention today.
Quick start
Section titled “Quick start”Tiles leading to the most common tasks: the setup wizard, warehouses, picking and put-away, imports, purchase orders, stock, back-in-stock notifications, the AI assistant and settings.
The setup wizard is always here, also after the rollout, because it runs location mapping after changes.
Figures
Section titled “Figures”- Best Sellers — what sells best.
- Closest Exhaustion — what runs out soonest.
- Slow Movers — what has been sitting longest.
Three questions usually asked in the morning, before anybody opens a report.
Reports
Section titled “Reports”The Dashboard dropdown in the menu leads to the full reports:
| Report | The question it answers |
|---|---|
| Stock Overview | how much stock I have and what it is worth |
| Low Stock | what is running out |
| Depletion Risk | what runs out soonest and what it costs |
| Overstock | what I have too much of |
| Dead Stock | what does not sell at all |
| Drill Down | what exactly is happening to one product |
| Network shortage | what is missing across the network |
Every report reads the same stock the warehouse does, so the figures agree with the stock list, with no separate recalculation.
