Subscribers
A subscriber is a person who left a contact. One person can wait for several products; the expectations themselves are a separate list.
Stockly → Back in Stock → Subscribers.
The list
Section titled “The list”Columns: Contact, Type, Sales channel, Created at. Filters: type and sales channel.
Type states how the notification is delivered. Currently there is one value, Email, which is the only type the form offers and the only one the sender acts on.
Adding by hand
Section titled “Adding by hand”Add subscriber records a contact from the admin. It is useful when a customer asked to be notified over the phone or at the counter.
The Subscriber information form has Type, Sales channel, Currency and Language; the language and currency decide which version of the message arrives.
The subscriber card
Section titled “The subscriber card”Opening a row shows their data and a tab listing the products they are waiting for. → Subscriptions
Deleting
Section titled “Deleting”Deleting a subscriber deletes their expectations. That has to be taken into account when tidying the list, because a contact with no expectations generates no sends anyway.
