API logs
Stockly → Settings → Diagnostics → API logs.
The log covers calls to the document extraction service. Calls to a language model are recorded separately, on a screen of their own that the AI extension adds. → AI API logs
The list
Section titled “The list”Columns: Created, Provider, Type, Model, HTTP, Tokens (in / out), Duration, OK. Filters: provider, request type and outcome (Success / Failure).
Opening a row shows the request and response details.
What it is for
Section titled “What it is for”- Cost control. The token column shows actual usage: it is the simplest answer to how much analysing one invoice costs.
- Diagnosing errors. The HTTP code and the response body indicate whether the problem lies with the credentials, the limits, or the document itself.
- Performance. The duration shows whether analysis is slow because of the service or because of the document’s size.
Switching it on
Section titled “Switching it on”The log is off by default. Enable Adobe API logs sits in the import settings, in the same section as the connection data.
Pruning
Section titled “Pruning”Retention (days) sets how long entries are kept. Without it the logs grow with the number of documents processed.
Entries can also be removed by hand: tick the rows and use Delete (25). The confirmation states what it means: the record of the call disappears permanently, while the call itself is unaffected. The privilege is the same as for opening the log.
