Background jobs
Anything that can take a while runs in the background. This list shows what is happening, what finished and what failed.
Stockly → Settings → Diagnostics → Background jobs.
The list
Section titled “The list”Columns: Job, Format, Status, Progress, Started.
Statuses: Queued, Running, Finished, Failed, Cancelled.

Jobs that end in a file (labels, exports, item lists) have a Download file action. The file has a retention window; once it passes, the module states this rather than remaining silent.
Removing a job from the list deletes the file it produced.
When to look here
Section titled “When to look here”- An operation does not complete and shows no error — check whether the job is stuck in the queue.
- The wizard or a mapping is standing still — a Queued status means nobody is consuming the queue.
