Stock

Stockly → Warehouses → Stock is the one place showing all of it: which product, in which warehouse, on which location, and how much of it is already promised to orders.

The same view, limited to one building, sits on the Stock tab of the warehouse card.

Columns

• Product, Product Number — what the row is about.
• Warehouse — the building.
• Bin Location — the location; (none) means stock with no location assigned.
• Stock — how much is physically there.
• Reserved — how much of it is promised to open orders.

The difference between Stock and Reserved is the quantity that can still be disposed of. Stock alone does not state availability: two units on a shelf promised to two orders leave nothing to sell.

Filters

The filter panel narrows the list by Warehouse, Product Name, Product Number, Stock (a From – To range), Active, Manufacturer, Categories, Tags and Bin Location.

A warehouse combined with a stock range answers the most common operational questions: what is running out in a building, what there is too much of, and what sits on a location that is to be freed up.

Bin details

The Show bin details action on a row shows exactly what sits on that location, split by batch and carrier.

Thresholds in bulk

Set reorder thresholds sets minimum and maximum thresholds for the selected products at once. Thresholds drive purchase and replenishment suggestions, so this is the shortest route from a list of products to automatic reorder proposals. → Min/max thresholds

Stock with no location

Rows with an empty Bin Location are not an error: these are goods known to be in the building without a known shelf. They remain sellable. To distribute them across locations, use Assign stock to bins on the warehouse card or location mapping.
