Documents
The module prints several kinds of operational document. How they look and what they contain is described by the document configurations.
Stockly → Settings → Templates → Documents.
The list
Section titled “The list”The Document Configurations section with columns Name, Document Type, Created. New configurations are created with Add Configuration.
Where those documents are produced
Section titled “Where those documents are produced”| Document | Printed from |
|---|---|
| pick list | the picking and packing screen |
| packing documents | the same place |
| transfer item list | the transfer card |
| bin labels | the bin location list |
| purchase order (PDF) | the purchase order card |
| till receipt | the till, when a sale is finished |
| till invoice | the same place, where the cashier asked for one |
The Till field set
Section titled “The Till field set”The receipt and the invoice a counter produces are ordinary Shopware documents, so their configuration is the one on this page. The module adds three fields of its own to it, in a field set named Till:
| Field | Effect |
|---|---|
| Smallest total | an invoice is issued only from this amount up; empty means no lower limit |
| Largest total | an invoice is issued only up to this amount; empty means no upper limit |
| Print the buyer VAT id | prints the VAT id recorded with the sale, where the buyer gave one |
The amounts are read in the currency of the sales channel. A request for an invoice outside them is refused at the counter, in a message stating the amounts the shop set.
The same three fields exist on the receipt configuration. Where the receipt carries a Largest total and the sale is invoiced, the receipt is not produced above that amount; where no invoice is produced the receipt is issued whatever its limits say, because a sale never ends without a document.
Everything else about the two documents, namely which printer each goes to, whether the invoice replaces the receipt and whether the counter may issue one at all, is set on the till profile.
Background work
Section titled “Background work”Larger print jobs are produced in the background: the window can be closed and the finished file collected later. → Background jobs
Mail templates
Section titled “Mail templates”The wording of e-mails (back-in-stock notifications, the order to the supplier, schedule notifications) comes from Shopware’s templates under Settings → Shop → Email templates, not from this page.
