Improve

Improve rewrites text you already have. Unlike Generate Content, which writes from scratch, Improve takes the current value of a field and runs it through a transformation. You pick a preset for common cases or write a custom instruction.

The preset dropdown in the modal offers:

  • SEO-optimised
  • More concise
  • More detailed
  • Stronger tone of voice
  • Grammar only
  • Custom (instructions only) — type your own instructions
  1. Open a product or category form.
  2. Click the AI assistant button on the text editor toolbar (or beside the field) and pick Improve content… from the dropdown.
  3. The modal Improve content opens with:
    • Style preset — pick one of the presets above.
    • Target languages — multi-select. Default is the admin’s active language; tick more to improve multiple translations in one pass.
    • Fields to process (multi-field contexts only) — toggle which fields are included.
  4. Click Run AI. You get one tab per language with the improved text, plus a per-language Compare button showing the before/after diff.
  5. Tick the Apply switch next to the languages you want, edit anything you want, then click Apply.

improve.product and improve.category are job types. From AI Assistant → Jobs → New job, pick Improve content, filter the records, pick the preset, run.

  • Preset definition — every preset is a prompt template you can edit. Open AI Assistant → Prompt templates, find e.g. improve.product with the matching preset key, and adjust the wording.
  • Length constraints — for More concise / More detailed, you can set min/max characters in the prompt template.
