Orders & customers
The order and customer listings use the same filter bar as products, with the same fields, operators, groups and defaults. This page points out what is specific to each.
Order list
Section titled “Order list”On Orders, the most useful conditions reach through relations into the order’s records:
- Order status, Payment status and Delivery status — offered as curated shortcuts at the top of the field list, so you do not have to drill for them. Each is a separate status, so “paid but not yet shipped” is two conditions.
- Payment method and Shipping method.
- Customer → Customer group, Sales channel, and the order’s addresses (for example Billing address → Country).
- Line-item fields, to filter orders by the products they contain.
Because the three statuses come from different parts of an order, they are listed separately and never mixed up — picking Delivery status only shows delivery states, and so on.
Customer list
Section titled “Customer list”On Customers, useful conditions include:
- Customer group and Sales channel.
- Account type — Private or Business.
- The customer’s addresses, including the country of an address.
- Free-text fields such as email or company, which offer text autocomplete.
Cooperating with the native filters
Section titled “Cooperating with the native filters”On both listings the bar shares storage with Shopware’s own sidebar filter panel, just as it does on products. Conditions the sidebar understands — customer group, account status, order status and the like — appear in the sidebar too, survive reloads, and travel with the page URL. You can filter from either place and they stay in step.
If another plugin already adds its own bar to these pages, the Filter Bar coexists with it rather than replacing it.
The same tools everywhere
Section titled “The same tools everywhere”Everything from the rest of the documentation applies here: operators and value editors, groups, favourites and recents, and default filters — including shop-wide defaults for the team.
