Subscription plans
Mediaverse v3 is sold as a subscription on the Shopware Store. There is one Base plan that everyone needs, plus two optional add-ons — PRO and PLUS — that unlock more advanced media types.

PLUS includes everything in PRO.
Pricing (Shopware Store)
Section titled “Pricing (Shopware Store)”- Base — €2.99/month or €29.99/year (≈ 16% discount on yearly)

The first month of the Base plan is free. You can cancel at any time during the trial or afterwards.
Base is active by default
Section titled “Base is active by default”The Base plan is included with the Shopware Store purchase — you do not need to do anything to enable it. After installing the plugin, embed video, local video, multilingual videos and the Shopping Experiences block are immediately available.
Activating a PRO or PLUS add-on
Section titled “Activating a PRO or PLUS add-on”To unlock Carousel & Slider, Hotspots, 360° Panorama or 3D & AR you add the matching subscription on top of Base:
- Open the Shopware admin and go to Settings → Plugins → Mediaverse.
- The Dashboard page shows your Subscription plan card with the current status and the available add-ons.
- Click Activate PRO or Activate PLUS. Shopware opens a payment modal.
- Complete the payment. The add-on is attached to your Shopware account.
- The Mediaverse dashboard updates within a few minutes to reflect the active tier; the relevant feature pages (Hotspots, 360° Panorama, 3D & AR, Carousel & Slider) unlock in the module navigation.
The Manage purchases button on the dashboard takes you to your Shopware account where you can review or cancel the add-on.
The subscription is fully integrated with Shopware’s native account and payment system.
Trial period
Section titled “Trial period”- The first month of the Base plan is free.
- You can cancel during the trial without being charged.
- PRO and PLUS add-ons are billed from day one.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Subscriptions are managed in your Shopware account, not inside the plugin admin. To cancel:
- Click Manage purchases on the Mediaverse dashboard, or go to your Shopware account → My subscriptions.
- Find Mediaverse and use the cancel action.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens after a downgrade
Section titled “What happens after a downgrade”- After a downgrade (e.g. PLUS → PRO, or PRO → Base), media types that belonged to the higher tier stop rendering on the storefront — 360° panoramas, 3D / AR models, hotspots and carousels disappear and the gallery falls back to the underlying image or video.
- The stored configuration is not deleted — re-activating the higher tier brings the content back on the storefront without re-creating it in the admin.
- If the Base subscription itself is cancelled, all Mediaverse features stop working — the plugin keeps the configuration but the storefront falls back to plain images.
