360° Panorama (PLUS)
A 360° panorama is a panoramic image that Mediaverse renders as an interactive viewer. The customer can drag, zoom and use the keyboard to look around — useful for showrooms, large products (furniture, tents, vehicles), or stores that want an immersive showcase.
How to add a panorama
Section titled “How to add a panorama”- Open a product → Media tab.
- Upload your panoramic image to the media library and attach it.
- In the Mediaverse side panel, find the 360° Panorama card.
- Pick the Projection:
- Equirectangular (standard 2:1 panoramic)
- Cubemap, Cubestrip
- Equiangular, Cylindrical
- Stereo Equirectangular
- Little Planet
- Use Add source to attach the image file (or a separate file per projection if you have multiple variants).
- Save the product.
Storefront behaviour
Section titled “Storefront behaviour”The panorama renders inside the standard gallery surface with a loading spinner while the image loads:
- Drag to look around (touch / mouse)
- Arrow keys also work
- Pinch to zoom on touch devices
- An optional autoplay mode auto-rotates the camera until the customer interacts
Global configuration
Section titled “Global configuration”In Settings → Plugins → Mediaverse → 360° Panorama the configuration page has tabs:
- General — auto-init, loading spinner
- Control — autoplay (active, can interrupt, delay, direction)
- Camera — starting position, angle limits
- Projection — defaults per projection mode
- Control Bar — show / hide and style the control overlay
Per-page defaults are split into Product Details Page, Cover / Product Listing, and Shopping Experiences tabs on the section.
