Carousel & Slider (PRO)
Mediaverse renders a multi-slide carousel as one of the kinds of media available in the P2Lab Mediaverse CMS block. You build it inside a Shopping Experience (CMS page) — it is not added from the product Media tab.
What you can build
Section titled “What you can build”- A multi-slide showcase on a landing page (intro video → close-ups → tutorial)
- A before / after slider with images and a video walk-through
- A timeline of product variants on a brand page
How to configure
Section titled “How to configure”- Open Content → Shopping Experiences and edit a page or layout.
- In the block sidebar pick the Video category — the P2Lab Mediaverse block is there. Drag it into the page.
- In the block wizard (“What kind of the media would you like to create?”), pick Carousel or Slider.
- Use Add slide to add slides — each slide has an image plus a click action (Link, Product or Category).
- The block settings expose the carousel layout: Max width, Height, Fixed width, Fixed height, Per page, Per move.
- Configure global carousel behaviour in Settings → Plugins → Mediaverse → Carousel & Slider.
Global configuration
Section titled “Global configuration”The Carousel & Slider configuration page (Mediaverse admin module) has nested tabs:
- General — type (
fade/loop/slide), effect (none/cloud/fiber/radial/wave), direction (ltr/rtl/ttb) - Control — autoplay, speed, drag, swipe sensitivity
- UI — navigation arrows, pagination
- Layout — gap, padding, slide sizes
