Offer states
A Mirakl operator defines a fixed list of offer states — the condition codes you can sell your items under. The typical set is 11 (new), 12 (used like new), 13 (used very good), 14 (used good), 15 (used acceptable) and 21 (refurbished), but not every marketplace accepts every code, and the labels vary across operators.
Unlike attributes or offer fields, offer states are not mapped per piece: there is no table where you match a Mirakl code to a Shopware value. Instead, the Mirakl Offer States page is a read-only listing of what the operator allows, and you pick the offer state in two simpler places: a default per connection, and an optional override per product.
Where to find the listing
Section titled “Where to find the listing”Open the Mirakl admin module and click the Offer States tile in the Quick Start section. The list has these columns:
- Code — the operator’s offer-state code.
- Label — the operator’s display label.
- Connections — which of your connections accept this code.
The toolbar has a single button, Refresh Mirakl States. Click it to download the operator’s current allowed list — new states are added, existing ones stay as they are. The setup wizard runs this for you at step 4.
That is everything the page does. There is no per-row action, no editing dialog, no save button — refresh, browse, and leave.
Set the per-connection default
Section titled “Set the per-connection default”The connection’s Default Offer State is the value the plugin applies to every new offer unless the product itself specifies another. There are three ways to set it:
- In the setup wizard at step 4 (Offer States), after the refresh completes. The wizard shows a Default Offer State dropdown with the connection’s allowed states; the selection is saved when you click Save & Continue.
- In Mirakl → Settings → Connections, open the row’s context menu and choose Edit. The Edit Connection dialog has a Default Offer State field next to the connection’s name, URL, API key, shop ID and sales channel.
- Open Mirakl → Settings → Connections and re-run the setup wizard via the row’s context menu → Run Setup Wizard, then go to step 4.
If you sell only new items (the common case), set the default to new on the connection and you are done — every product is exported with that state.
Override per product
Section titled “Override per product”For mixed-condition catalogues, you can override the offer state for individual products:
- Open Catalogues → Products and select the product.
- Switch to the Specifications tab.
- Scroll to the Mirakl Marketplace section, added by this plugin.
- For each configured connection there is an Offer State (connection name) field showing the connection’s allowed states.
- Pick a value to override the connection’s default for this product, or leave it empty to keep the inheritance from the connection.
The override is stored on the product, not on the connection. Different products in the same Shopware category can use different offer states, and the same product can carry different overrides per connection.
