Link existing Mirakl offers

When Mirakl offers already exist on the operator side — created by an older system, migrated from a different platform, or set up manually outside this plugin — you need to tell the plugin which Shopware product each offer belongs to. This page lists those offers and creates the missing links in one bulk action.

It’s the offer-side counterpart to Link existing products (which works on the catalogue level instead).

From Mirakl → Offer Mappings, click the Add Offers button on the toolbar and choose Link Existing → Offers. This opens the Mirakl Offers page.

Every Mirakl offer on the selected connection. Columns:

ColumnMeaning
Product TitleName as Mirakl knows it, with Offer ID and Shop SKU shown below as metadata.
Link StatusGreen Linked badge or grey Unlinked badge.
StateThe Mirakl-side state of the offer.
Mirakl PriceOffer price on the Mirakl side.
Shopware PricePrice of the matched Shopware product (with currency); a dash if no match.
QtyQuantity from the Mirakl offer.
Matched ProductShopware product the plugin auto-matched or that you picked, with per-row action buttons.

The sidebar has:

  • SKU — free-text search.
  • Link Status — dropdown with All / Linked / Unlinked.
  • Reset All — clears every filter at once.
  • Refresh.

For every Mirakl offer, the plugin looks at its Shop SKU and tries to find a Shopware product with the matching product number. The result is shown in the Matched Product column as one of four states:

IndicatorMeaning
(linked product name, no badge)Already linked. Unlink button available.
Auto (green)Auto-matched but not yet linked. Change and Remove buttons.
Manual (green)You picked the match by hand. Same buttons as Auto.
No match (grey)Nothing matched the Shop SKU. Search button opens the product picker.

The toolbar has three buttons:

  • Select all matched — ticks every unlinked row that currently has a match.
  • Deselect all — clears the selection.
  • Link selected ({count}) — creates the Shopware↔Mirakl offer mappings for every selected row. Rows without a match are skipped.

After linking, the offer becomes Linked in the Link Status column and disappears from the Unlinked view.

Already-linked rows show an Unlink action (red). Clicking it opens a confirmation dialog:

Remove link between Mirakl offer {offerId} and Shopware product {name}? The offer can be re-linked later.

The Mirakl offer itself stays — only the Shopware↔Mirakl mapping is removed. You can re-link the same offer to the same (or a different) Shopware product later.

Per-row context menu:

  • View Product — opens the linked Shopware product in a new tab (only enabled when the row is linked and the Shopware match is known).
