Link existing Mirakl products

When products already exist in the Mirakl catalogue (created outside this plugin, imported by another seller’s flow, or migrated from a previous system), the plugin needs to know which Shopware product corresponds to each Mirakl product before it can keep them in sync. This page bulk-creates those links so you don’t have to enter every one by hand.

This is the product-side counterpart to Link existing offers. Use it when a product already exists in Mirakl’s catalogue but no Shopware link has been established yet.

Where to find it

From Mirakl → Offer Mappings, click the Add Offers button on the toolbar and choose Link Existing → Products. This opens the Link Existing Mirakl Products page.

What you see

The grid shows every Mirakl catalogue product that isn’t yet linked to a Shopware product on the selected connection. Columns:

Shop SKUsEvery operator-side code already attached to this product on Mirakl (comma-separated).
Matched ProductThe Shopware product the plugin guessed automatically, or No match if nothing fits.

The sidebar only contains a Refresh action — there are no filters because the listing is already narrowed to “unlinked, unique products”.

What’s filtered out

The list is deliberately narrow. The plugin hides:

  • Mirakl catalogue products that already have at least one Shopware link.
  • Mirakl products whose auto-suggested Shopware product is already linked elsewhere — so you can’t accidentally re-link the same Shopware product twice.
  • Duplicate Mirakl product entries — multiple offers under the same catalogue product are collapsed into one row, with their codes gathered into the Shop SKUs column.

If the page is empty, every catalogue product on this connection has already been linked. The empty-state message reads “No unlinked products found on Mirakl.”

How auto-match works

For every row, the plugin takes the first code from Shop SKUs and looks for a Shopware product with the matching product number. If one is found, Matched Product shows the Shopware product name with a green Auto label.

You can override the auto-match per row:

  • Search — appears when no match was found. Opens the product picker so you can select the right Shopware product manually.
  • Change — appears when a match is shown. Opens the same picker to swap to a different Shopware product. The label then changes from Auto to Manual.
  • Remove — clears the match for that row (the row falls back to No match).

Linking products

The toolbar has three buttons:

  • Select all matched — ticks every row that currently has a match (Auto or Manual). Rows without a match stay unselected because you can’t link a Mirakl product to nothing.
  • Deselect all — clears the selection.
  • Link selected ({count}) — primary action. Creates the Shopware↔Mirakl product links for every selected row in one call.

After linking, each linked Mirakl product becomes available to the offer-side flows (offer sync, offer creation) — the plugin now knows which Shopware product the Mirakl product corresponds to.
