Catalog
After the one-time Catalog Export mapping wizard is set up on the Mirakl side, all ongoing product additions happen on this page. It’s where you tell the plugin “send these products to Mirakl” and watch each row move through Pending → Queued → Processing → Exported (or land in Retry / Error if something went wrong).
This page is the operational heart of catalogue management — every product currently tracked against Mirakl is listed here with its live status.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”From the Dashboard, open the Quick Start card and click the Catalog tile. This opens the Product Catalog page.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”The grid lists every product currently tracked against any Mirakl connection. Columns:

| Product | Name with a preview thumbnail. |
| EAN | EAN / GTIN. |
| In Stock | Available stock. |
| Available | Whether the product is sellable right now. |
| Export Status | One of: Pending, Queued, Processing, Retry, Exported, Error. |
| Mirakl Product SKU | The identifier the operator assigned to this product on their side. Set once Exported is reached. |
| Last Exported | Timestamp of the last successful export. |
| Connection | Which Mirakl connection this row belongs to. |
The sidebar exposes:
- Status — filter by export status (drop-down).
- Connection — filter by Mirakl connection.
- Name, Product number, EAN / GTIN — free-text filters.
Adding new products to the catalogue
Section titled “Adding new products to the catalogue”The toolbar has two ways to bring more products in:
- Add to Catalog — opens the Add Products to Catalog page, a picker that lists every Shopware product not yet tracked on this connection. Tick the rows you want and click Add to catalog ({count}). The plugin creates a row for each, starting in Pending, and the scheduled product-export task picks them up.
- Link Existing — opens Link existing Mirakl products where you connect Mirakl catalogue products that already exist on the operator side back to matching Shopware products.
Re-exporting
Section titled “Re-exporting”For products already in the list, the toolbar offers:
- Export Selected — tick rows and click this to queue an immediate export for them.
- Export All — queues a fresh export for every product currently in the list.
Per-row context menu:
- Export Now — queue this single row for immediate re-export. Useful after fixing an issue on a row in Error.
- View Details — opens a detail view with the full export history for that product.
- Remove — deletes the local export record only. The product stays in your Mirakl shop; if you want to take it off the operator side, do that manually in the Mirakl panel.
Export status meaning
Section titled “Export status meaning”| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Newly added, waiting to be queued for the first time. |
| Queued | Sent to the background worker, waiting to run. |
| Processing | Currently being uploaded or the operator is still validating the import. |
| Retry | The last attempt failed temporarily (network blip, operator throttling); the plugin will try again on the next scheduled run. |
| Exported | The operator accepted the product. Mirakl Product SKU is set. |
| Error | The last attempt failed in a way that needs your attention — open the row to see the operator’s per-product reason. |
When the connection has more than one option
Section titled “When the connection has more than one option”If you have several Mirakl connections, clicking Add to Catalog opens a Select Connection dialog first — pick which marketplace this batch is for, then Continue.
