Add offers from Shopware
When you’ve added new products in Shopware and want to list them on Mirakl, this page is the manual entry point. You pick the products, click one button, and the plugin creates offer mappings for every selected row — ready for the offer-sync flow to send them to the operator.
This is the Shopware-side entry point, in contrast to Link existing offers which works the other way (Mirakl offers already exist and you connect them back). Both end up creating offer mappings; the difference is direction.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”From Mirakl → Offer Mappings, click the Add Offers button on the toolbar and choose Add Products. This opens the Add Products to Mirakl page.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”The grid lists every Shopware product that’s not yet linked as an offer on the selected connection. Columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Product | Name with preview thumbnail; variant rows are marked with a variant indicator. Warnings and parent-progress badges appear here too — see below. |
| Product Number | The Shopware product number. |
| Manufacturer | Manufacturer name (if assigned). |
| Active | Whether the product is active in Shopware. |
| Price | One column per active currency in the system. |
| In Stock | Available stock with the usual colour indicator. |
| Available | Whether the product is available for purchase right now. |
The sidebar has a full filter panel: Name, Product number, EAN / GTIN, Active, Stock, Price, Manufacturer, Categories, Tags, plus a Refresh action.
Catalogue readiness — the two warnings
Section titled “Catalogue readiness — the two warnings”Mirakl offers can only attach to products that already exist in the Mirakl catalogue. This page shows two visual cues for products that aren’t catalogue-ready yet:
Standalone or variant products
Section titled “Standalone or variant products”A standalone product or an individual variant whose catalogue export hasn’t happened yet shows a small warning icon next to the name. Clicking the icon opens a modal with the message:
This product has not been added to the Mirakl catalog yet. Add it to the catalog first via Products → Add to Catalog.
You can still tick the row and click Add offer — the offer mapping is created — but the actual offer won’t be accepted by Mirakl until the catalogue side is exported. Use the Catalog Status column on Offer Mappings to track when the product reaches Exported.
Parent products
Section titled “Parent products”Parent products are never sold directly on Mirakl — only their variants are. So parents show a small badge with the count of variants already in the catalogue, in the form {exported}/{total}. A tooltip explains:
Parent products are not sold directly on Mirakl — only their variants. {exported} of {total} variants are in the catalog. Add the remaining variants to export them.
Parents whose every variant is already exported are hidden from this list — there’s nothing left to add.
Adding offers
Section titled “Adding offers”- Use the sidebar filters to narrow the list.
- Tick the products you want.
- Click Add offer ({count}) in the toolbar.
- A progress dialog opens while the offer mappings are created.
Each new mapping starts in Pending (or Queued) status. The first sync runs in the background within seconds — see Offer sync for what happens next.
What’s filtered out
Section titled “What’s filtered out”The list deliberately excludes:
- Products that already have an offer mapping for this connection — once added, a product disappears from this list.
- Parent products whose every variant is already exported (a parent with nothing left to add is just noise).
If everything is already synced, the empty state shows: “All products are already synced or no products found.”

- Link existing offers — the opposite direction (existing Mirakl offers ↔ Shopware products)
