Transition history

The History tab shows a record of the status changes that have really taken place for a machine — not what is possible, but what happened. It is a read-only audit log.

Each entry has these columns:

  • Date — when the transition happened.
  • Entity — the kind of record that changed, such as an order, a transaction, a delivery, a capture or a refund.
  • Reference — which specific record it was.
  • From — the state it moved out of.
  • To — the state it moved into.
  • Action — the action that performed the move.
  • User — who triggered it, where that is known.

The list is paginated, so long histories stay manageable.

Every time an entity following this machine changes status — whether from the storefront, a background process, another admin screen or this module — Shopware records the move, and it appears here. That makes the tab useful for answering questions like when did this order become Done, and who marked it?

For a machine you have just created, the tab stays empty until its entities start moving through states.
