AI templates
Analysis runs on prompt templates. Every stage has its own, built in and ready to use — editing them is an option, not a condition of the extension working.

The list
Section titled “The list”Columns: Name, Type, Status, Last updated. Default marks a built-in template, Modified one that was edited by hand.
The types follow the stages of analysis: reading a PDF, native extraction, discovering and classifying structs, refining line boundaries, cleaning pages.
Editing
Section titled “Editing”A template holds a system prompt and a user prompt. Both must be filled.
Reset to default returns one template to its built-in version. Restore all inserts any missing built-in templates and resets every default one to its canonical text.

Section titled “When to go in here”Templates are for the case where analysis keeps making the same mistake — dropping a column specific to one supplier, say. Ordinary work never needs them.
Check the cheaper explanations first: the struct, its columns and its mappings. → Structs · Mappings
