P2Lab Packing Slips for Shopware 6

Turn the Shopware admin into a warehouse workstation. Pick, pack and fulfill orders with barcode scanning, automatic state transitions, and PDF packing slips you can hand to the courier.

P2Lab Packing Slips wraps Shopware’s order list with a single workstation modal that combines picking, packing, state changes and document printing into one keyboard- and scanner-friendly flow. Two picking modes — Order Picking (work one order at a time) and Batch Picking (consolidate items across many orders) — share the same item list, barcode scanner, audio feedback and state-machine integration.

Scan, don't search

Real-time barcode scanner matches against EAN or manufacturer number. Single-scan or one-scan-per-unit. Audio cues on hit, miss and order-complete.

Pick and pack

Order Picking shows each order’s lines; Batch Picking groups identical items across all selected orders so you fetch them once from the shelf.

State transitions

Move orders through In Progress → Complete / Incomplete on the Next button. Optional customer emails per transition, with manual or auto-confirm rules.

Printable documents

Generate Packing Slips (one per order) or a consolidated Items List (pick list across all selected orders) as a single merged PDF.

  1. In Orders → Overview, select one or more orders and click Packing Slips in the toolbar.
  2. The picking modal opens in your default view — Order Picking or Batch Picking.
  3. Scan an EAN or manufacturer number, or click an item, to mark it picked. The matching line highlights and the scanner plays a confirmation sound.
  4. When all items for the current order are picked, click Next — the order transitions to your configured “Complete” state and (optionally) sends a customer email.
  5. Print Packing Slips to attach to shipments, or Pick List to take to the warehouse — a single PDF covering every selected order.

Everything is configured under Settings → Plugins → Packing Slips: nine cards covering the modal, scanner, state machine, and each printed document type.
